Ring Board
Overview
Every ring's live call and staged next call, one row each. Click a time to see just that call — like the old paper schedule's per-time tabs, but always current.

Schedule
Divisions
The Schedule stays exactly as pasted from the flyer, for everyone. Here you can break any schedule slot into the more specific divisions actually called into a ring (e.g. "15-17 Black Belts" into "15-17 1st Degrees" and "15-17 2nd-3rd Degrees") — as many or as few as you already know, add more the day of as they come up.

Planning
Stage the next division and next judges for a ring ahead of time — the public Ring Board keeps showing what's live until you hit "Go Live" here.
Notes
Judge Roster
Every judge checked in at any past tournament, kept up to date automatically — no need to retype the same people at every regional. Pick from this list at check-in, or edit/remove someone here directly.
Ring Layout
Group rings into sections that match this venue's floor plan (e.g. "Main Floor", "Overflow Room"), and set how many rings show across per section. The public Ring Board reflects this immediately.
